About Me

I have always been drawn to spiritual and metaphysical concepts since I was young, but it was only until I turned 30 that spirituality become foundational to my overall lifestyle and outlook on the human journey. I have read books and listened to (and continue to listen to) many podcasts about anything related to spirituality, divination, the metaphysical, and mysticism. Particularly, I am very drawn to the topics of reincarnation/past lives, soul contracts, the Akashic Records, spirit guides, numerology, astrology, crystals, the chakra system, energy work, tarot, and manifestation.

Through my spiritual exploration, I have found resonance with the practice of Reiki and tarot. With Reiki, I have had emotional breakthroughs such as with anxiety, inner child work, and limiting beliefs. With tarot, this is my form of communicating with the Universe and to receive its wisdom on what I need to know about different aspects of my life.

Because Reiki and tarot have shifted the way I navigate life, I want to expand my practice by supporting others through these spiritual avenues as well. Thus, Sage Cove Healing is my domain for this. The name is to exude the feelings of being in an intimate sanctuary by the ocean - feelings of calmness, expansion, and spiritual connection. I hope those who work with me experience these states of depth and lightness.

Certifications and Education

• I am certified in Usui Reiki Levels I and II taught by the International House of Reiki, which teaches Usui Reiki with an Eastern/traditional Japanese approach

• I am certified in Usui/Holy Fire III Levels I and II taught by The International Center for Reiki Training, which teaches Usui Reiki with a Western approach

• From Aug 2026 to Nov 2026, I will be trained on nervous system regulation through Jessica Maguire’s Nervous System Certification Course
